The Wild Horse Country Café & Malt Shoppe opened in the White Marsh Shopping Center November 9, 2016.  The Wild Horse offers a family atmosphere for dining and serves lunch and dinner as well as breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays.  The menu features a variety of American cuisine which includes pastas, steaks, seafood, burgers, salads, soup and sandwiches.  Daily lunch specials provide a taste of “country cooking” and all sauces, dressings, salads, and soups are homemade.  The Chef, Sammy Zaharopoulos, brings over 35 years of restaurant experience.   In addition to daily lunch and dinner specials, patrons can enjoy added discounts during “Happy Horse Time” from 4-6 Thursday & Friday.   Thirsty Thursdays offer drink and appetizer specials and TGIF Friday includes ladies special wine discounts. During warm weather, outside dining is available on a newly constructed deck.  Regardless of the weather, ice cream treats from the Malt Shoppe are available to all and include soft serve and hand scooped ice cream cones, sundaes,  and specialty shakes and malts with recipes which include delectable “adult” options.  The Wild Horse believes in supporting the community and welcomes opportunities to give to community programs and nonprofit organizations.
